EXCESSIVE WEIGHT AGREEMENTS

 

Excessive Weight Agreements are required for all vehicles over 10 tons that will be traveling on Eldred Township Roads.  Excessive Weight Agreements must be acquired before the jobs starts and a copy of the agreement must be in each vehicle working on the job.  If you need an Excessive Weight Agreement or have any questions, please contact the Eldred Township Office.
